Kraainem is a municipality in Flemish Brabant bordering the Brussels-Capital Region. A large part of Kraainem is a residential area with some restaurants and stores. Kraainem is bordered by Sint-Stevens-Woluwe and Wezembeek.
The most famous sights in Kraainem are the St. Pancratius Church with its Romanesque west tower, as well as the St. Dominic Church with its modern hall church built in 1965.
The main bus stop is 'Queen Astrid', with lines 76, 77 and T39, the main metro station is 'Kraainem', with line 1. Buses also pass by this station; the De Stib stop with buses 76, 77, 79 and the De Lijn stop with buses 315, 316, 317 and 352.
